~New Years Eve~

New Years Eve we had a few friends over for a chill but fun night.

Everyone just chillin'.

We had shish kabobs,

yummy, yummy meatballs,

shrimp,

and sausage rollup thingys. (I must admit I love these!)

Salaina meant bit-ness with her shish kabob!

We sat down to play cards and somehow Bekah and I ended up in the middle.  Levi and Wesley are so rambunctious when the get together! LOL

After that we went out and played with fireworks.

Please notice this is a bottle rocket that shoots up in the air,

Something must have malfunctioned cause instead of going up and popping, it flew straight over the back wall and into the neighbors back yard.  We all went running inside!

Once everyone was in Levi turned off all the lights.  While everyone was standing in pitch dark, I took a picture.  Wesley and Michael are looking towards the back door as if someone was going to jump the wall and come get us!!! Ha!!!  I asked Levi why he turned off all the lights, his only response was, "I don't know, it's habit." HAHAHA!!!!  I laughed so hard!  Obviously he's had to run inside after doing something he's not supposed to be doing many times...

After that all happened we moved to the front yard and played with sparklers.

Ha!  If you can't tell Carla is afraid of fire.  It made for a fun night!

Haha!!! She is standing as far away from the bottle rocket as possible! LOL

Just before midnight we all went in and awaited the new year.

Finally midnight came, we toasted our sparkling cider and of course, everyone got their midnight kiss.

After that we drank sparkling cider until we were merry and welcomed in the new year with friends and loved ones.

We look forward to a fun and exciting 2012!  :D

~2011~

It was a busy but fun year for us.  We got engaged New Years Eve in 2010





and were married March 18, 2011.
While planning our wedding we bought a house

Our honeymoon was a complete surprise to me. I had no idea where we were going which was SO fun for me!  We left the hotel and started on a road trip, where we were going I had no clue!  We ended up traveling to San Diego and stayed there for a couple days.  We toured the harbors there, wandered the city and enjoyed the rainfall.

The last night we were in San Diego Levi filled me in on the rest of our honeymoon....

A CRUISE!!!!

We traveled from Long Beach to Catalina Island and from there to Ensenada Mexico.  It was so cool and I can't wait to go on another one!  I have so many more pictures that I need to get on the computer of our honeymoon.

A few months later we took a trip to Disneyland and before we knew it, it was the holidays.  I found I love decorating our house for the holiday season!  Because we have a stupid HOA we can only decorate 2 weeks before the holiday and everything has to be taken down within a week of the holiday. :(

For our first holiday season together we spent Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with Levi's family.



We decorated fancy this year for Thanksgiving and ate lots and lots of food!!!
